We take this opportunity to introduce Amity Institute of Training and Development (AITD). This is the Nodal Institute of Amity University, Uttar Pradesh (AUUP) delivering a variety of Corporate learning programmes. This institute has been functioning for more than a decade now.

Among our clients are leading Public Sector Undertakings as well as Private Sector Corporations, MNCs and units of various other sectors including cement industry. We provide training on Soft Skills like Leadership, Team Building, Stress Management, Outbound Training and also different technical knowledge areas. We also impart training on various facets of Management Development, Project Management, Plant Management (Energy, Environment and Operation and Maintenance), Green Architecture and Contract Management etc. We also conduct several other customized technical programs. We conduct In-house / In-company or Open Programs.

We are organizing a three days’ Workshop cum Training Programmme for cement industry professionals on SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF CEMENT PLANT, from 06th to 08th April, 2016. The program will be held at our campus in Amity University, Raipur. A brochure covering necessary details is attached for reference. The Workshop aims to address various energy and environmental issues covering local, regional and global perspectives.

The facilitators’ pool for the program will comprise Dr.S.N. Pati, an expert in environmental management and life cycle assessment;Mr S N M Khan, an expert in operation and maintenance andMr Pradeep Kumar, an expert in energy conservation and maintenance — all formerly of National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB). Each of the facilitators has more than three decades of experience in their area of expertise. They have conducted workshops and training programmes for global cement industry professionals both in India and Overseas.

We request you kindly to nominate 2/3 executives from your esteemed organization. Since we have to firm up administrative arrangements, it is requested that nominations may please be sent by 22nd March, 2016.
