For the project awards, the criteria of judging the nominations will be:

Innovation & Value addition

Tangible improvements: How was the project/initiative perceived by the Client and other Stakeholders? AWARD CATEGORIES DEFINITIONS

Applicants can be nominated or self-submitted.

Project Awards: A project nomination must describe either one or a set of activities that impacted positively on the outsourcing sector. Nominations should describe projects that are particularly exceptional or innovative and go beyond “business as usual” measures.

Company Awards: These categories of awards honor a business organization demonstrating superior performance in the development, delivery and innovation of outsourcing services.

Individual Award: Nominees should be extraordinary individuals, showing demonstrable achievements in their outsourcing career, being directly responsible for creating and instituting innovative and effective programs, projects, or technologies and/or have otherwise significantly helped the company or outsourcing industry meet their goals. Applicants can be nominated or self-submitted.

If a company is submitting the same entry in more than one category, each entry must be submitted separately.

SELECTION PROCESS

Nomination rules: One can submit Nominations without any costs implied. The nomination system will be open to enter and submit nominations between February 21, 2016 -April 29, 2016.

The Jury: For each award, the Jury is in charge of assessing the final nominees. The Jury members are chosen among acknowledged representatives of the business, government and academic society community. The Jury is independent from the Organizer, namely Diplomat Media Events and the members of the Jury are independent from the nominees for which they will have to vote.

Selection rules: The panel of jury members will consider and score the nominations that are submitted by the due date and meet all eligibility requirements for the Romanian Outsourcing Awards for Excellence.

The name of the Award Winners will be announced during The Gala evening held at Le Diplomate Hall, Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest Hotel on 26 May, 2016, starting 7:30 P.M.
