- Conduct a survey to understand linkages, strength and weakness with key stakeholders that make-up the Plant Health System in Zambia. (2.5)

- Introduce monitoring and evaluation procedure to all Senior Agricultural Offices in which Plant clinics are under operation and those in which they are expected to be operation (5.1)
- Run a study of collecting information from clinics users. Information will be collected from all the twelve clinics established in 2013. At least 15 farmers will be selected from each clinic (5.1)
- Plant clinic linkages
Linking plant clinics with agro-input suppliers
- Carryout an assessment of agro-dealers mainly in the Lusaka and the district of Chibombo and Chongwe (4.4)
- Conduct one Agro-dealer stakeholder meeting which will bring together key stakeholders such as Zambia National Farmers Union, Care International Zambia Environmental Management Agency, Department of Agriculture, Conservation farming and key agro-input distributors. (2.6)

Plant health rallies and mass extension campaigns
- Conduct Mass extension campaigns in the district of Chibombo and Chongwe on at least five key main problems identified from Plant clinics in 2013. (3.3)

Public awareness
- Conduct one sensitization meeting in which Provincial Agricultural Coordinators (PACOs) of participating provinces and other key staff from the Department of Agriculture and ZARI will be sensitized about Plantwise and Plant clinics specifically (1.3)
- Publicize Plantwise at the national events such as the Annual Zambia Agricultural and Commercial Show, Provincial and district field days (1.3)
- Enable the National Coordinator and Data Manager to attend at least two national/regional conferences/workshops (1.3 and 1.12)
- Publish at least one country brief and case study (1.3 and 1.12)
- Develop a Plantwise video for Zambia focusing on achievements (1.3 and 1.12)
Embedding Module 1&2 and PHS approaches in diploma or degree level training
