PLEASE CHECK / Classes 1 – 16 R130 (including DSA, EDS levies and Judges Levy)
Classes 17 – 18 R140 (including DSA, EDS levies and judges Levy)
Classes 19 - 24 R155 (including DSA, EDS levies and judges Levy)
NRC Improvement Levy R 20 PER CLASS
Ground Levy R120 per horse for non Club Members

Your entry fee for 2 Adult Prelim classes should be: Club Members R320 and Non Club Members R440
Your entry fee for 2 Adult N-EM classes should be: Club Members R350 and Non Club Members R470
Your entry fee for 2 PR/JNR classes should be: Club Members R300 and Non Club Members R420
Prizes / Rosettes plus prize money for graded classes.
Rosettes only for Preliminary classes.
Prize money based on 40% of the net entry money received (less levies).

Conditions
Cross Entries / All COMPETITORS and HORSES must be registered with SAEF and DSA- even for PRELIM classes.

The event will be run under the DSA Rules for Dressage.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
All horses must have up to date African Horse Sickness and Flu Vaccinations and travel with passports. No passport - no show.
Horses may not compete if they have had a flu vac within 7 days of the show date.
Passports will be checked and incomplete details will result in disqualification from the show.
Organizers reserve the right to limit the entries to the first 40 per day.
Riders are expected to have public liability insurance against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by their horse.
Neither NRC, SAEF, DSA, the City of Cape Town nor representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained to horses, riders, grooms, appointed officials, the public and or their property whatsoever.
Entries across grades will only be permitted if there are less than 25 entries for the day. It is not guaranteed that classes will follow on from each other. Please indicate on the Entry Form which grade you want to ride in should the cross entry not be permitted. If no indication is made, you will be moved to the lowest grade entered without further consultation.
