Category manager for Non Food categories BENZINA
We require:
• Experience in managing multi-site retail Convenience stores or non food / food categories, marketing and operation responsibility
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• University degree. MBA or equivalent business experience will be a plus
• Experience in fuel retail segment is an advantage
• Substantial experience within a complex selling international organization; good understanding of the corporate finance issues, especially P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Extensive experience in developing commercial marketing strategies
• Czech/Slovak national with fluent English both oral and written.
• High level of energy and sense of urgency
• Focused on upholding the highest standards of quality and business ethics
• Committed to prioritizing the voice of the customer when developing and implementing business plans
• Open and candid communication style
• Credible and professional negotiation and presentation skills
• PC literacy and driving license
Job description:
• Responsible for convenience non food categories (Tobacco, Car products, Lubes, Press).
• Observe the sales standards in the whole filling stations network in accordance with the company business strategy
• Responsible for selection of vendors and products for non food categories, for contractual relations with the vendors and fulfilment of contractual conditions
• Responsible for the concepts of non food categories, its update and optimization
• Monitor the economic parameters of the sales, prepare the sales analysis according to the specification, manage and evaluate market monitoring
• Monitor the business trends in non food categories. Manage and supervise the activities of area managers for non food in full extent
• Responsible for the operational activities in non food area
• Cooperate with the vendors on the preparation of activities for promotions in the filling stations
