I hereby give notice that I intend to carryout development in the site to erect/ to reerect/ to demolish/ to make material alteration in the building on/ in Plot No.. , at Industrial Area.
I forward herewith the following plans and statements (Item 1to 6 ) in quadruplicate, wherever applicable, signed by me and
(Name in block letters)*the Licensed Surveyor/ Engineer/Structural Engineer/ Supervisor or
Architect Licence No. *who have prepared the plans/design and a copy of other statements/ documents as applicable.

3 Drawings in metric system which should include Block Plan. Typical Floor Plan, Elevation Plan etc. An AutoCAD drawings CD should be submitted along with drawings. If the drawings are prepared in Pre DCR utility then also CD should be submitted to this office.
Block Plan of company should give the details of main entrances, other entrance to plot, surrounding of plot like any other company, road, etc. Marginal space, approach roads around the plant, capacity of underground water storage tank and the details like transformer yard, utility block, raw material and finish goods, storage, tank farm area, storage of hazardous gases, etc. e.g. details of Basement LPG, A-class petroleum products, LDO etc.
Elevation Plan and Typical Floor Plan showing exits, Fire escapes, travel distance along the travel line, terrace level water storage, location of fire duct, fire extinguishers, hydrant system, sprinkler system, alarm system etc. Details of Basement, Sub Basement, their ventilation system and exits.

2 Roof

Material to be used for roof covering (It should be noted that

the minimum height from floor to the roof should not be less

than 3.75 metes)

Note :- Galvanised iron sheet or asbestos cement sheet is not

acceptable as roof material unless it is covered with tiles or a

false ceiling of heat resisting material is provided below or at

increased minimum heights as approved by the Chief

Inspector of Factories.

3 Walls

Note :- C.G.I. and A.C. sheets are not acceptable as wall

material, either in cladding or louvre forms unless they are

at such heights from any working levels as approved by the

Chief Inspector of Factories.
