7. Travel agency will not be responsible for delay & cancellation of Flight. All related expenses will be required to be borne by passenger. For Example: – over stay due to flight delay, transfer cost not included in the package etc.
8. Booking procedure will be start after receiving 50% advance package cost
9. Portage/any, kind of tips/ telephone calls / laundry / Liquor & juice used from hotel room fridge / Paid T.V. channels at hotel rooms etc not included.
10. Normal check-in time in Hotels is 14:00-15:00 hrs and checkout is at 12:00 hrs.
11. Payment Terms :
- 50% payment at the time of booking.
- 50% payment at the time of delivery of passports with visa.
- Against Visa Services, Demand Draft/Pay Orderwill be in favour of: S. Z CONSULTANTS.
- Against Hotel accommodation, transport, guide, sightseeing and other package services, Demand Draft/Pay Orderwill be in favour of: SALVIA TRAVELS PVT LTD.
12. Penalties – Changes /Cancellation policy :
- Before 45 days of arrival date - Full Refund
- Before 30 days of arrival date – Penalty 25 % of total package cost
- Before 20 days of arrival date – Penalty 50 % of total package cost
- Before 10 days of arrival date – Penalty 100 % of total package cost.
13. Documents required for obtaining Russian Business Visa for Indian National.
- Original Passport/s with minimum six month validity from the date of travel.
- Two color photograph with white background.
- Visiting card of pax
- Filled & signed VISA form (Visa Application Form should be filled and printed from Russian Embassy web-site: https://visa.kdmid.ru ).
- Request letter on company letterhead
- Original visa invitation from Russia
