Operations Mentor Program

Application

Purpose: Mentors will be required to attend a 2-hour class on the second Wednesday of each month. This program will help to develop leadership, teaching and mentoring skills. Expectations: Accepted candidates will be expected to complete homework assignments and participate actively in all aspects of the classes.

The purpose of the Operations Mentor Program is to provide me with skills and knowledge that may prepare me for a future role, either at Oregon Community Credit Union or elsewhere. I understand that if I am accepted into the program, the acceptance or participation in the program does not ensure that I will be promoted, and participation alone will not be considered a factor for hiring decisions at Oregon Community Credit Union. I understand that if I am accepted, I may be removed from the program at any time, either by myself or by a representative of the Credit Union. I understand that my participation in this program does not alter the at-will employment relationship between myself (the employee) and the Credit Union.
