Please, do not enter the restaurants, bars and the lobby in a swimwear.
Mini Bar: Your mini bar is filled upon arrival with 2 large bottles of water and every day by one bottle of water (free of charge) & Tea Kettle service is not available in the rooms.
Dress Code
Our Restaurants apply a “Smart Casual” dress code for dinner. Shorts, slippers or other beach wear not permitted.
The hotel welcomes proper swimsuits at our swimming pools & beach.
ATTENTION! No cash payment is accepted in any outlets at Grand Plaza Hotel & Resort. Any extras will be charged to your room account and the total bill will be settled at the reception.

Day use (if availability): Till 18:00 – 30 Euros/30 dollars.Till 20:00 – 40 Euros/ 40 dollars.
In case of lost of the towel card – 150 L.E will be charged.
Breakfast, Lunch boxes & Late Dinner you can order at the Reception one day before your excursiontill 19:30.
Note: In the interest of your safety, the usage of water pipes or other similar devices in your room is strictly forbidden, as well as reserving the sun beds at the pool or on the beach.If you wish not to be disturbed on the beach or at the pool, place a "Do Not Disturb" flag on your sunbed. Flags are available at the Towel Counter at the beach. Thank you

The management provides in-room safes free of charge, and the management will not be liable for money, jewelry, documents and other valuable items unless placed in the safe. Please deposit such articles in the safe.
