Brian again stressed that we cannot function without people.
Lorna Orton is also looking to step down in the coming months from the role of Membership Secretary, but is happy to carry on in the short term with someone to "shadow" her in the role.
5.Secretary's Report (Joe Hemstock): The current refreshments rota has come to an end and a new sheet is up for volunteers please during the coming months. Joe also reminded members that diaries were ready for payment/collection.

8.Group Co-ordinator's Report (Peter Bloxham): There are currently 41 groups with vacancies for new members in quite a few of them. New members were invited to have a look at the group boards after the meeting. If anyone wanted to start or run a group, he would be happy to talk to them.
9.Social Team Report (Ruth Friday): Ruth appealed for ideas from the members for social events they would like to see next year. The Christmas party is on Friday 8th December with plans well under way. More names to Ruth or Marilyn please.
