Halver, 27 June 2017 – On 21June 2017 ESCHA GmbH & Co. KG celebrated the inauguration of its new production- and logistics hub at headquarters in Germany. After an eighteen-months construction period and an investment of 17.6 millionEuros, ESCHA Managing Directors Dietrich Turck and Marco Heck officially inaugurated the building complex. Among the ca.130 guests from home and abroad, there were also representatives of the administrativedistrict, the city of Halver, as well as the South Westphalian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in addition to customers and sales partners.
“I am pleased to inaugurate our new production- and logistics hub today and I would like to thank all involved for their contribution“, said building owner and Managing Director Dietrich Turck and added: “This new building means a big step for ESCHA in many respects.For the first time, we have – except for the tool shop – all production divisions as well as incoming goods, warehouse, and shipping under a single roof. These logistical advantages will help us continue our course for growth and further develop the company.“
Within eighteen months, a highly modern building complex with a total of 12,000 square meters of office-, production-, and warehouse area has been put up on the 3.1 hectare premises in Halver.The building was constructed according to the latest environmental standards and includes an especially efficient ventilation- and heating system utilizing the machinery waste heat for heating and cooling.Planning and realization were the responsibility of the local CLArchitecture office.
In addition to the parent plant and administration in Halver, the family company disposes of production capacities in China and Czech Republic as well as licensed production in the USAand Mexico. Thus, ESCHA guarantees a global availability and constantly high quality of itsproducts.
