  • Assisted with the implementation of a grant-funded longitudinal study of recidivism, substance use, and HIV Risk Behavior of jail inmates
  • Assisted with the preparation and implementation of a grant-funded Randomized Clinical Trial of a Restorative Justice Intervention for jail inmates
  • Responsibilities include conducting Motivational Interviews, conducting and score HARE psychopathy interview, conducting Timeline Followback Substance Use interview, supervising junior research assistants (weekly supervision meetings), developing and conducting training sessions for junior research assistants (i.e. interviewing skills, data entry), developing measures, participating in weekly meetings

  • Project manager for an experimental investigation of the relationship between PTSD and use of crack cocaine.
  • Researcher for an experimental investigation of the predictors of drug-related attentional bias among crack/cocaine users with PTSD
  • Researcher for study investigating management of difficult emotions in women who have had an unwanted sexual experience
  • Responsibilities included: Recruiting participants, running study protocols, debriefing the participants, managing financial compensation, administration of the Clinician Administered PTSD scale (CAPS) the Diagnostic Interview for DSM IV Personality Disorders (DIPD).
