From Home Page Two Ways to Get to Registration
- From home page two ways to get to registration.
- Under Quick Links on the left side of any webpage – choose registration.
- From the Main Navigation Menu at the top. Attendees Registration.
- You will be taken to the Registration page.
- Currently the 2018 Speaker Grid is an active link. The 2018 Brochure link is not active. It will be activated once the brochure is completed.
- Click on Register Now to be taken to login page.
- Board members will use the Account type Board. Enter your email and password. If you don’t know your password then click on Forgot username/password link.
- All other attendees will use Account type Non-Member. They will enter their email address and click on Forgot username/password link to have a password emailed to them.
- If their email address is not registered with TPC then they can create an account.
- Once you login in you will see Contact Information screen. Fill out information and then click Continue.
- A pop-up window should appear titled Registration Questionnaire.
- Complete and click on Submit.
- You should now see the Tickets and Products page. There are seven registration choices.
- Full Conference Registration – Non-APA Member
- Thursday Only Conference Registration – Non-APA Member
- Friday Only Conference Registration – Non-APA Member
- Full Conference Registration – APA National Member
- Thursday Only Conference Registration – APA National Member
- Friday Only Conference Registration – APA National Member
- Registration Only – Speakers, TPPY & Scholarship – Obtain Coupon Information from Registration or Speaker Chairs
- There is a separate product at the bottom of the page for Friday Night Guest (Party).
- The APA National Member registrations will be required to enter their APA National Member #.
- Choose the correct ticket and click on Add.
- Pop up Window will appear with Add Tickets. NOTE: GUEST NAME, COMPANY, AND EMAIL FIELDS IS FOR ENTERING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLY! Complete information and choose classes. Click Add.
- Will be taken back to the Tickets and Products page. You should see your completed registration under Added Tickets and Products.
- Down at the bottom there is a place for coupon add. Currently there are only three coupons set up.
- Dallas Awards Night winner - $100 off registration will be a one time use
- Speakers – $900 off registration (Full registration costs). Speakers will obtain coupon code from Speaker chair.
- TPPY, Scholarship, Former Board, and any other full registration comp - $900 off Registration (Full registration costs). This coupon code will be obtained from Registration Chair.
- If have a coupon code, enter and then click Apply.
- Click Continue.
- Next page is Review Order. Click Continue.
- Next page is Payment. Enter payment information or click on Bypass Payment to pay later. Click Continue.
- All Done. Should receive two emails.
- Meeting registration notification
- Payment Receipt.
