GRADE RANGE:APPRENTICE – AGE RELATED MINIMUM PAY
REPORTING TO:PROJECT AND INFORMATION CO-ORDINATOR
REPORTEES:NONE
PURPOSE
To provide support for the project & information function by undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the effective management of projects
To compile and provide statistical and monitoring data as required.
To undertake all corporate requirements on health and safety, equal opportunities, data protection, risk management, financial regulations and information security
To support procurement functions as required
To support the co-ordination of responses to requests under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Act
To assist in maintaining the Council’s Publication Scheme
Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and general nature of the post

GCSE Level Grade C or above in Mathematics and English
