●Next Steps
  • Determined how to use technology to support the project – Google Docs, MERLOT voices.
  • Create a community space, leveraging MERLOT communities? (Rick) Infrastructure is in place and will be discussing this further at the Mid-Grant meeting with DOL. This group could help test this. Will not have MERLOT branding, but all on SkillsCommons.
  • Engagement feedback? (Amanda) Summer is the perfect time. Even if they are back to teaching, they have a much lower class load.
  • Maria will complete the project briefing from notes, and load it into a google folder. Anyone who comes into this conversation should be connected with this project briefing.
  • Amanda will post a request for materials on Basecamp and Maria will comment on the post after adding an update to the Voice IMPACTcommunity site. She will share a link on Basecamp leading to the update.
