St. Theresa Scrip / Gift Card Program

Welcome back to another exciting school year! St. Theresa School is once again offeringfamily fundraising through the Shop With Scrip gift card program. Last year our St. Theresa families rose over $4000 using the scrip program. How does it work? Participating scrip retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our school at a discount. Families buy the certificates for full face value and redeem them for full face value. Our school keeps the discount and deducts it from your family fundraising amount. You would be surprised at how quickly the discounts add up just by using gift cards for your everyday shopping!

• Attached to this letter is an order form with the most popular retailers, gift card amounts, and discount percentages. For a complete list of participating retailers log onto . Any retailer on the website can be ordered through the St. Theresa Scrip program, but only participating retailers can be ordered by writing them into the “others” section on the order form. Additional order forms are available in the school office. Retailers and rebate amounts are subject to change without notice. The order form changes from year to year so use the order form from this school year.

• Completely fill out the attached order form with purchaser’s name, phone number, student’s name, and delivery method. If the coordinator is unable to contact you and there is an issue with the order, the order will be held or returned for clarification - delaying your gift card order.

• Completed order forms along withcash or checks payable to St. Theresa School will be collected weekly on Thursdays at 10amin the school office in accordance with the attached schedule.

• Orders and monies can be placed in the Wednesday communication folder for delivery to the office, however the school is not responsible for lost or stolen orders or gift cards.

• In order to allow for timely processing of orders by the school and the scrip program order forms received after 10am on Thursdays will be held for the next order. To keep shipping costs to a minimum, all paper and computer orders are placed by the coordinator at the same time and shipped at the same time.

• Completed orders will be available one week after the order is place, i.e. this Thursday’s order will be available by next Thursday.

• Please specify on the order form if you will be picking up your gift cards at the office or wish them to be sent home with a student. St. Theresa School is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Phone calls will not be made to inform you that your cards have arrived. Any orders that do not specify delivery will be held at the school office for pick up.

• Attached to this letter are scheduled order dates. Please note there are no orders on Nov. 19th (Thanksgiving), Dec. 17th(Christmas), Mar. 24th (Easter).
