Rosholt Education Fund Scholarship

Amount: $350

ROSHOLT EDUCATION FUND SCHOLARSHIP

OF THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN

1. Scholarship for a current Rosholt High School graduate.

2. Enrollment in at least a two-year program at a college, university or technical college.

3. Requirements:

a. Application form completed.

b. A 200-300 word essay on the graduate’s vocational goals.

c. Minimum grade point average 2.75.

d. No discrimination as to sex, race or creed.

e. Financial need is not a factor.

4. Printed application form available from the school counselor must be submitted by February 15 of school year.

5. The high school counselor, a designated Rosholt Education Fund board member, and the high school principal will recommend an awardee to the Rosholt Education Fund.

6. Payment of the scholarship shall be made by the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin to the scholarship winner’s educational institution prior to the first semester after providing the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin with a completed Payment Request Form.

7. The amount and availability of the scholarship shall be determined by the Rosholt Education Fund and the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin and made public by March 11 of each school year.

8. The scholarship will be funded by The Rosholt Education General Fund of the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin and/or other gifts.

9. The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin will be responsible for the administration of the scholarship fund.
