Set-up Hours:Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm**

**We will be hosting the Visit Cheyenne “Live the Legend” Reception Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM in the Vendor Area. If you want to feature your products/services be set up by 4:00 PM and have your booths manned. This has been set up to feature the Vendors and their products/services.

Thursday, November 10, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday, November 11,7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Move-Out Hours:Friday, November 11 after 12:30 PM

Booth space for this event is limited, and booth placement will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Deadline for all fees must be paid in full on or before October 26, 2016, or space will be relet. Booths are approximately 8’ long in size and will include table skirting with two chairs. Banners or other company signage will be permitted. No refunds will be givenfor booth space after November 1, 2016.

You MUST be registered for the Forum to have a booth at the Forum. All persons staffing booths must also register for the Forum, at a rate of $200.00 per person (normal Forum registration is $260.00). This rate includes 2 receptions, one lunch and one full breakfast. Booths will be placed in the greeting area and on the south side inside the Grand Ballroom where the Forum is being held.
