Answers

  1. Submission easier, very hard to see from uploader’s point of view feedback from uploader and buttons to upload files were very small.
  2. No -> lack of ability for people to not access database, no dashboard – couldn’t check tokens had been used, tokens good, flawed due to database access, how tokens were sent was good – inbuilt support system and linking would be better
  3. Integrated support system, other support system okay – emails was good so people could send it straight from email client
  4. Submissions yeah, resubmissions no

  8. Average – we could have been integrated as email list was provided. So communications are listed in a messages on the site for both stations, judges and admins
  9. Not really – redundant by integrated support system which would cover this.
  10. No – in place no admin dashboard or view to view this, login and view and view the video files in the website to check if they broke the rules.
  11. No – too many links not referenced, upload system links should have been clearer.
  12. – web interface superior to ftp, immediate feedback of entry and file uploaded, - feedback going live instantly after the results, - better user experience compared to last year, - web application
  13. – missing links in the admin area, - inability for admins to view file information regarding tech specs, -
  14. Admin system, integrated system, stations able to view files, UI design for entry uploads, admin dashboard (screen display for monitoring).
  15. Yes for uploads maybe not for judging in its current state.f
