As part of the applicant’s duties as a weatherization assessor during the Department of Energy ARRA Weatherization Program from 2009 - 2012, the applicantperformed countless assessments, final inspections, and energy audits for legitimacy, accuracy, and final execution of the National Energy Audit Tool (NEAT) for the completed units reported under the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Programs. The applicantcompleted weatherization of total units during that period and was a consistent and integral part of the team.
