Hae-sin-Tang is Sam-Gye-Tang(chicken soup) with abalone which is known for ‘Dragon King’, the king of the sea enjoyed very often from the myth. This rare and special soup from ‘Ondal’ is made with young chicken, small octopus and abalone in rich broth simmered for more than 10 hours with various medicinal herbs. Sam-Gye-Tang is the most preferred Korean traditional health food with chicken and ginseng which is made to help easy digestion with lean chicken meat yet full of proteins. Abalone, known as the food that a great emperor from China named Shih Huang Ti had for eternal youth, is good for rejuvenation and considered as high quality seafood containing much protein and vitamin.
