Camp Information

Kidz Klub Summer camp is for children ages 4-13 and is led by dedicated and loving staff who provide theme-based weeks full of stimulating hands-on activities. Kids spend time both indoors and outdoors enjoying literacy-based crafts, songs, games, and field trips that will aid our guest to nurture your children. Your child will enjoy a fun and exciting experience all summer long.

We accept 50 campers per week so register today!

Daily Schedule: Cost

· Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm Full Week - $125.00 per child

· Drop off between - 7:00-9:00am 3 Day Option - $85.00 per child

· Pick Up between - 4:00-6:00pm *payment per child is per week*

· Swimming we be every Tuesday & Thursday from 2 - 4pm at Lantern Ridge Pool in Spartanburg , Reidville Rd.

Please have your child at camp by 9am and pick them up after 4pm on Wednesdays and Fridays if your child is attending camp on these days. We schedule our field trips between these times on these days.

We have a new referral program: Every child you refer that registers and pays for 1 full week, you will receive $25.00 off 1 week of camp for 1 child.

Registration Information

Thank you for choosing Kidz Klub Summer Camp. Our goal is to provide a safe, positive, environment where children may achieve their greatest potential. Our focus is to provide a positive growth experience, recognizing each individual's needs and abilities and to provide activities and experiences that develop and support good core values and morals.

You must provide ALL of the following before your child will be registered for Summer Camp. There are NO exceptions.

How to Register

Camp is for children ages 4-13 (4 year olds must have participated in a K4 program during the 2015-2016 school year.)

Camp Hours of Operation: 7am - 6pm

Please bring completed forms & payment information to Kidz Klub After School Office prior to May 17th, 2016

Full week per child = $125.00 per week ($10.00 second + child discount for FULL WEEK)

3 Day week per child = $85.00 per week (no second child discount)

Daily Rates = $35.00 per child (no second child discount)

Rates include: Childcare, crafts, and initial cost of all trips/activities.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Payment is due by the Friday prior to the week your child attends camp. No Exceptions.

- Weekly payment can be refunded if the cancellation request is made 2 weeks in advance of the paid for week(s).

- There is a $30.00 Return Check fee.

- Children will not be allowed to check into camp unless balance is paid if full.

All registration fees are non refundable and non-transferable.

Important Key Points

· We are open from 7am - 6pm. Please have your child at camp by 9am and pick them up after 4pm. We schedule our field trips and events between those times.

· We ask that your child bring his/her own bagged lunch and snacks due to allergies and so many different likes and dislikes when it comes to food.

· We DO NOT microwave, freeze, or refrigerate any items for campers. (all lunches will be kept inside where the temperature is classroom degrees)

· All field trips are covered with your weekly tuition, you do not need to pay extra, with the exception of June 24th- (Climb Upstate) and Aug.5th- (Adventure Mazes) which parents will be asked to pay $10.00 extra per child.

· You may send additional spending money with your child for field trips, but there is no guarantee that children will have the opportunity to spend it. Kidz Klub staff will not be responsible for this money.

· Camp t-shirts must be worn on off-site field trip days. If a camper shows up without a shirt, one will be provided and the parent will be charged $10.00.

· Please remember the importance of labeling clothing and all campers items with child's name.

· Closed-toed shoes must be worn every day. Sandals or water shoes may be packed on water days and be worn when we participate in water activities.

· On water days, please send your child with their bathing suit on underneath their clothes. They should pack a towel, dry clothes and spray on sunscreen prior to being dropped off at camp. Kidz Klub staff will only apply spray sunscreen.

· Modest bathing suits should be worn by males and females.

Health

· If a child shows signs of illness while at camp, he/she may be asked to sit out during an activity and may be sent home. If sent home, parent or authorized person will be required to pick up the child within one hour. Children with fevers and other contagious illnesses must be excluded from camp for at least 24 hours after the temperature returns to normal. Any child diagnosed with a streptococcal infection must be excluded for 48 hours after the initial dose of physician prescribed medication.

· We must be notified if your child has a communicable disease (lice, chickenpox, fifth disease, etc.), as it is our responsibility to notify other families of the risk. Kidz Klub has a no Nit policy as it pertains to Lice.

· If a child is involved in a minor accident while at Camp a written notification will be given to parent at time of pick up. If a physician’s care is needed, parents will be contacted immediately and emergency procedures will be followed.

· Medication will be administered only when a parent has complet4ed a medication form.

· Each medication bottle must have a current prescription label with the child's name, the dosage, and the physicians name on it. All medications-even Tylenol or Ibuprofen, must be checked into office. No medication can be on site unless it has been properly signed in and is stored in office.

Waiver

This Health history is complete and accurate, and participant has permission to engage in all activities otherwise specified in writing. I understand that Kidz Klub assumes no responsibility for injuries or illness which my child may sustain as a result to his/her participation in, athletics, sports programs, the use of any equipment, exercise or other activities. I expressly acknowledge that my child has been medically cleared to participate in vigorous physical activities. I also understand that there is a risk of injuries while participating in physical activities by my child. I agree to hold harmless to Kidz Klub, its staff and volunteers for accident or injuries arising out of his/her participation in the activity.

While Kidz Klub will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for mentally and physically challenged children, Summer camp will not accept children who are (1) of danger to themselves, (2) of dangers to others, or (3) a disruption to the normal activities making it unreasonably difficult for other children to enjoy the Summer Camp program. Any of these above reasons will be grounds for dismissal from camp. A parent/guardian must discuss special conditions of circumstances involving their child with the director. This must be completed prior to registration so that the administration may make a determination if reasonable accommodations can be made for your child.

I agree to have my child examined within a reasonable time period by the family physician stating he/she is free from communicable disease and has not been exposed to such. I hereby give my permission to the medial personnel selected by Kidz Klub to order X-rays, routine tests, treatment to release any records necessary for insurance purposes, and to provide or arrange necessary related transportation for myself/or my child. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician select4ed by Kidz Klub director to secure and administer treatment including hospitalization for my child. I understand that no accident or medical insurance is provided with this activity. I give permission to Kidz Klub, without limitation or obligation to use photographs, film footage, video recordings which may include my child's image or voice for purposes o promoting or interpreting Kidz Klub programs and release Kidz Klub from any claim of liability to that use. I give my consent for my child to leave Kidz Klub site, participate in authorized Kidz Klub trips and to ride in authorized vehicles for the purpose of transportation in connection with Kidz Klub Summer Program.

I hereby authorize my child to be transported in vehicles owned and operated by Kidz Klub. This transportation will be for field trips or special events.
