The more you move, the closer you get to the beach!
Give yourself 2 “miles” for every:
- 1 mile of walking, running, or road biking
- 1 mile completed on the treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, or other piece of cardio equipment that measures distance
- 5 minutes walking or biking across town or campus
- 15 minutes of a fitness class (abs, aerobics, spinning, etc).
