  1. Do you maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, past and present customers, centres of influence (referrers) key alliance partners? Please explain briefly what you do in this area?
  1. Who are your typical ‘A’ class customers?(Please describe them)
  1. What other ‘main’ customer groups do you typically serve?
  1. Why specifically, do people buy the products you sell? i.e. What benefits do they gain?
  1. Why do they buy from your Company, instead of from others?
  1. What unique benefits do customers get from buying products or services from you that they don’t get elsewhere?
  1. Do you have any differential competitive advantage (a competitive advantage thatcustomers perceive as creating superior valuewith respect to competition over your competitors)? What is it?
  1. What are people’s biggest frustrations when buying the products you sell or dealing with your industry?
  1. What ideasdo you have to ensure they don’t feel that way when buying from you?
  1. On a scale of 1 to 10 how passionate are you about your business at the moment?
