1.BASE BID:Bidder has examined the bid documents, existing conditions, and acknowledges receipt of all attachments indicated in the Invitation to Bid. Bidder is fully informed as to the nature of the work and conditions relating to its performance. Bid includes all labor, materials, equipment, tools, taxes, permits and all other items necessary for the proper and complete execution of the work. Bid shall be valid for 60 days. Bidder agrees to execute Winter’s standard Subcontract Agreement and to meet Winter’s standard insurance requirements.

**The amount for the Submittal Package is included in the base bid.
Note: It is Winter’s intent to award this scope of work in early September. Winter intends to begin mobilization activities early August pending Land Disturbance Permit.
2.UNIT PRICES: The Contract Sum will be increased or decreased per quantities of added or omitted Work based on unit prices accepted by the Owner.
A.Inclusions: Unit prices shall include all costs including, without limitation, costs for material, labor, fabrication, delivery, unloading, handling, protection, storage, tools, equipment, supervision, taxes, insurance, overhead, and profit.
B.Duration: All unit prices shall be held good and unchanged for the duration of the contract unless specified or agreed.

3.SCHEDULE: Bidderunderstands that mobilization is scheduled to begin August 1, 2017 with material completion of the project 11 months. Bidder has included the necessary personnel to complete this work in the allotted time.

5. General Scope Requirements
- Subcontractor agrees to comply with photo badging system for all workers.
- Just in time deliveries are required.
- There is no on-site parking. An off-site parking area will be provided. Cost associated with shuttle transportation from off-site parking to the jobsite will be at the responsibility of the Subcontractor.
- The campus and jobsite are 100% tobacco and smoke-free.
- Subcontractor employees are not permitted to enter campus buildings or dining halls. Workers are confined within the limits of the construction fence.
- Subcontractor employees shall not fraternize or socialize with campus employees and students.
- Walking through the campus from off-site parking area to the jobsite will not be permitted.
