M- Most Dangerous Game review Power point, graded study guides. Alfred Hitchcock’s movie “The Birds”
P- I will hand back study guides and students will correct answers, and answer questions as we go through the power point review. Students will fill out a study guide while watching the film
A- MDG Study guide, MDG quiz, study guide for film and alternate ending.
Wednesday
O-Students will show what they learned about short story elements and the plot of “The Most Dangerous Game”
M- Most Dangerous Game Quiz
P- Students will complete the quiz; possibly correct the multiple-choice section in class.
A- Quiz
Thursday
O-Students will use details from the story in order to creatively write an alternate ending to “The Birds”
M- Alternate ending assignment, computers.
P- Students will log onto computers and use the class period to write an alternate ending for “The Birds” following a rubric
