Dear Mr. Lukich,

Under theOhio Open Records Law,§149.43 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that detail the most recent records pertaining to the salary of all staff of the Constellation Schools (including the president, executive director, chief financial officer, budget manager and specialist, accounting manager, as well as all of those who assist these positions, the facilities business manager and operations manager, and any other staff listed on the Constellation Schools Department Directory on the Constellation Schools website. I would like a list of the salaries of all principals and assistant principals as well as teachers and support staff including core subject teachers, Title I, counselors, special education, art, music and physical education teachers, aides, building teachers, technology coaches and IT field technicians, nurses, psychologists, speech & language pathologists, and occupational therapists.

I would also like a detailed account of all operating revenue including all local, state, federal, and other non-tax sources as well as any other records that you can provide of non-operating revenue from other sources.

I would also like a detailed report of any fees collected by the management company Constellation Schools LLC from the schools it manages for services including any and all costs for marketing and public relations, technology, personnel, curriculum, financial support and rent as well as the source whether it be local, state, or federal funds, or otherwise.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $20.00. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of the cost of funding schools in the state of Ohio and in the interest of full transparency where the public’s tax dollars are being spent. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
