Deposit:
Attached is a cheque in the amount of $300 (payable to MTCC 1018) representing a damage deposit as prescribed by the Corporation. Your cheque can be collected the first business day, after your move, providing there is no damage. Cheques left beyond the first day, after your move, will be marked void and destroyed by Management Office.
Damages
I understand that, if available, the service elevator will be reserved for our use on the date and time dated above, and that I shall be held responsible for all damages which may occur as a result of the use of the service elevator and other common elements either by myself, my family, my agents or the moving company. Prior to the use of the elevator, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that an inspection of the elevator and common areas is completed with a corporation representative. The elevator deposit of $300 will be returned upon satisfactory re-inspection of the elevator. Should any damages be found during the re-inspection, the Property Manager will hold the deposit until cost can be determined. I accept that the decision of the Property Manager in respect to the amount of damages is final and binding. If damages exceed the amount of the $300, I will also accept responsibility and will make restitution to the corporation.
MTCC 1018 CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNFORSEEN ELEVATOR BREAKDOWNS OR FAILURES THAT MAY RESULT IN A DELAY OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE MOVE.
I /we acknowledge that I/we have read and accept all of the conditions outlined herein and agree by the rules and regulations in force of the condominium corporation.
