Don’t try to get through all the questions just choose what is appropriate to your group.
- Peter was brought to Jesus by his brother Andrew….How did you come to know Jesus as your saviour ?
- Jesus said to Peter he would become a ROCK (Petra)…What has God said over your life?
- IF the answer to 2 is “nothing that I know of” then seek God as a group for direction for your life in 2015.
- The going will get tough….be honest with each other and in one sentence share what you biggest anxiety is at the moment, write it down and put them in an envelope, pray over them and in 3 months get them out to see what has changed and what God has done.
- When you first became a Christian what did you think your Christian life would be like, be honest if you have had disappointments, How has Jesus worked in your life that is different than you expected?
- You are a work in progress… How is Jesus manifested in your life currently….in your home life, in your job life , in your church life……What things would you like to see Jesus do in you?
- Are you excited by being a child of the living God ? Does the reality of that affect what you do and how you do it ?
- Read out loud John 14:10-14….discuss this passage…Is Jesus just teasing us or can this really be true ? How can we be like this ? How can the Church of today do greater things than Jesus did as one man ( even though He was fully God)?
- Peter grew in God as he lived His life…..how can you see you growing in God….what does that mean to your way of life ?
- If you had to share the gospel in one sentence, say max of 20 words, what would you say ?
