The calendar has changed over from 2017 to 2018! For many, this change marks a new beginning, resolutions and goal setting. For you, it means we arealmost halfway through your 8th grade year, and high school course recommendations are right around the corner. All of these factors help make it the perfect time to look back on how you have progressed over the previous four and a half months and to set goals for the second half of the year.
In a well-written, two to three (2-3) page paper, reflect on the first half of your year in Soundings. The following questions are to help you brainstorm ideas for information you could include in your paper. Your Focus Paper should NOT read like a list of answers to the questions provided.
