Research Reward Facilities
The PI is entitled to a maximum amount of 500 KD for the duration of the project (250 KD for the 1styear, 150 KD for 2nd year and 100 KD for 3rd year). / 1-The amount is meant to cover small project-related purchases such as, stationary, small equipment and consumables, with cost not exceeding KD 25/-, inclusive of reference and scientific books.
2-No receipts are required for these purchases as proof of such expenses.
3-Such expenses should not be included or settled through the petty cash.
Laboratory & Statistical Analysis
(If the requested budget exceeds KD. 500, it should be through a contract between the PI & one of the university statistical units. In this case RS will settle the contract budget)
