Entry Limits:
5 per running event
4 per jumping event
3 per throwing event2 flights per gender in each event
Declarations/Scratches: Please make sure to go to the timer's tent in the morning to declare all of your athletes by circling their name and event. If you need to scratch, please cross out the athlete’s name.
Entry Fee:$300 per team (Men’s and Women’s teams are separate)
$20 per individual if under 15 athletes per gender

Scoring: This will be a scored meet. Top eight (8) places per event will score
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Timing: We plan to use fully automatic times for all track events.
Directions, Dining and Lodging: We plan to have a concession stand open at the track throughout the day. If anyone would like hotel rooms, we have rooms available at a local hotel. Please contact Justina Cassavell with your inquiries.
Admission Fees:
Admission is charged at all home athletic events. Competitors and coaches are obviously not going to be charged. Prices below:

Visiting School’s Students w/ID -- $2.00

Athletic Training Information
The Ramapo College Athletic Training Staff will be located under a tent in the infield during the entire meet. There will also be a Certified Athletic Trainer at the throwers site. We will be available for pre-game treatments and taping about 1.5 hours before the start of the meet. There will be a treatment table, small hydrocollactor with hot packs, water, ice, and cups available at the main site. Water and ice will also be situated around the track and at the throwers site. We will do stretching and taping if needed. If unable to send a Certified Athletic Trainer with your team, please send a stocked medical kit with copies of each athlete's emergency contact and insurance information. In case of a medical emergency, Ramapo College Public Safety will be contacted for EMS response (201-684-6666). There are two nearby hospitals which we use for emergencies:
