Chenin Viognier 2013 / Untouched by oak this wine displays aromas of citrus and stone fruits with a lush palate of tropical fruit, apricot and grapefruit. It is clean and crisp yet the soft acidic finish makes it ideal to drink without food or pair it with prawns, lobster or other seafood.
A beautiful representation of a modern, lightly oaked Chardonnay, having only spent 2 months in used French barrels. This wine has rich aromas of white peach and nectarine with slight lifting floral tones. Its full flavour consists of stone fruits and nectarine with a smooth creaminess and gentle acidic finish. This is the ultimate food wine which pairs perfectly with cheeses, pate and creamy pasta dishes.

Picasso 2011 / A classic Swan Valley Shiraz. Aged for 12mths in French & American oak barrels. Deep ruby red in colour with a nose of dark berry fruits and spicy black pepper. A ripe wine with a lovely mild palate, full bouquet & a dry finish.
A full bodied Shiraz with lifted aromas of soft spice and vanilla with a generous rich palate weighted with subtle white pepper and juniper berries. This bright ruby red wine has a long, dry finish of full tannins and will continue to improve for up to 10 years in the cellar.

Rose 2014 / A bright vibrant Rose made with 100% merlot grapes picked early to optimize the fresh citrus notes which help to build a wine that is refreshing while also being rich and full of flavor. Finishing with a mild dryness that works cut through the natural sugars of the merlot.
