RESERVATIONS

To reserve your space withMarket Forays Art de Vivre Tour 2017 and Paris Weekend (if applicable) we need your registrationform, waiver and non-refundable deposit payment by January 1st, 2017. Once we receiveyour registration form, waiver and deposit, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you. The balance is due 60 days prior to your tour. If the balance is not paid, More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Price is inclusive of Market Forays Art de Vivre Tour 2017 itinerary and Paris Weekend (if applicable). To review the tour itineraries, please go to Market Forays website “We Are Going To Normandie” section then click on the View Tour Details tab. We will also include a copy of the itinerary with your confirmation invoice.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Market Forays Art de Vivre Tour 2017 begins from the Le Mans Train Station in Normandie France as specified on the website under Travel Information. The Paris Weekend begins at Hotel D'Orsay.Please note that FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TOUR. Please do not book your arrangements to join the tour until we have confirmed your tour reservation and you have received your confirmation invoice. More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays are not responsible for expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend this tour.

PAYMENTS

More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays protects all payments in a Trust Account. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays, this means your payments to us are protected.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If we receive written notice of your cancellation 31-60 days prior to the start of your tour, (and you have paid in full) we will refund 50% of your payment, less your original non-refundable*$1,000 deposit. There will be no refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to the start of your tour, unless we can fill your place and the tour has the necessary minimum required number of guests; in this instance, we shall refund all fees received, less your originalnon-refundable *$1,000 deposit. More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Foraysreserves the right to cancel this program should a minimum number ofparticipants not be reached. The refund of all payments received from you shall release More Than Meetings, Inc.,and Market Forays from anyliability to you. The quoted price is basedon current costs and foreign exchange rates and is therefore subject to change. *Cancellation policy applies to your non-refundable $500 for the Paris Weekend (if applicable).

PRICING POLICY

The prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. If a supplier is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will substitute a tour or activity of equal value.While More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays will make every reasonable effort to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so and will notify you at the time of final invoicing. If there is a major price change, you will be notified with a full refund guaranteed if you choose to cancel.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchase of baggage, personal effects, accident, health and trip cancellation insurance. This important protection can save you money if you are forced to cancel or alter your trip. If you do not take out insurance you agree to indemnify More Than Meetings, Inc.,and Market Forays against all costs, losses and liabilities that would have been covered by insurance.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

This is an active program which requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. All guests should be in active good health, enjoy traveling as part of a group and enjoy experiencingdifferent cultures. There will be walking and stairs to climb at various places we will visit on our daily tours.
