House Rules
●Dogs must be dropped off between 7:30 and 9:30 am. No dogs are received after 9:30 as it is disruptive to pack stability. Dogs must be picked up by 5:30.●New dogs to day care must be dropped off at 7:30. This helps them accommodate to the facility and pack.

●Owners of dogs that have a condition that is infectious or transmissible to staff or other dogs will be asked to immediately pick up their dog. Dogs may be readmitted to day care with a vet's release.
●Owners who opt out of immunization protocols must provide a veterinarian acknowledgment.

●Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered. (Unspayed/unneutered dogs are disruptive to a canine pack. Males: persistent & excessive mounting, increased agitation by other males. Females: Extreme harassment/interest from males). We will closely monitor unspayed/unneutered pups for behavior changes related to this hormonal influence and notify an owner when we see these changes.
●Owners who choose to not spay/neuter their dogs demonstrating these behaviors may be asked to remove their dog from day care because of the disruption related to the dog's hormonal influence.

●Dogs with excessive energy (extreme and long lasting running/barking) are disruptive to the other dogs at day care. If your pet exhibits these behaviors. Our staff will talk with you about methods for reducing these disturbances. Owners of dogs that show continued issues may be asked to remove their dog from day care.
