PTA Meeting Schedule
Please mark the following dates in your calendar: March 19, April 16, May 14, and June 18. These are the dates for PTA meetings, and we would love to see you there! Free babysitting will be provided for smaller children.
Safety at School 12
Safety is a priority at School 12. It is our policy that all students are escorted into the building.Thank you for parking and then walking your child through the blue doors.
Box Tops
Please continue to send in your Boxtops! Contact Alisa Hall at if you have any questions.
Donations Needed
There is still a need for uniforms of all sizes. Please consider donating clothing that is too small.Any solid-color shirts in navy, light-blue, purple, or white or pants in navy, black, or khaki are especially appreciated.
Fathers Needed
School 12 is looking for men to lead a series of special Father/Student events. Please contact Carl Almer at 585-415-1926 or Erick Stephens at for more information.
After-School Clubs
Most winter After-School Clubs start the week of February 9th and end the week of March 23rd.If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Larson at or 971-533-5380. Spring After-School Club sign-up lists will be out March 9th.
First Friday, February 6
Parents, guardians, and the entire School 12 community are invited for coffee, pastries, fruit, and conversation the first Friday of every month from 7:35 to 8:45 AM in the Parent Room. This is a great way to meet families and learn more about our school. We hope to see you there!
Pre-K and Kindergarten Fair, February 7
The Pre-K and K Fair will be February 7 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Central Office, 131 West Broad Street.
Family Sledding and Chili Cook-Off, February 7
Join School 12 for a Family Sledding and Chili Cook-Off from 11 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturday, February 7, at the Tay House in Cobbs Hill Park, 85 Hillside Avenue. Please bring a dish to share or your famous chili recipe, keeping in mind that our main competition will be Dr. Alampi! Also bring outdoor gear, board games, and plates/utensils to cut down on waste. Hot cocoa will be provided. This will be an afternoon for family fun!
Boal Games Series, February 3, 10, 24
School 12 is hosting a unique opportunity to learn more about the “arsenal” of games used in the Theatre of the Oppressed. No previous acting experience is necessary. Please contact Henry Padron at or Pamela Baile at for more information.
