Position: Energy Services Manager

Location: office in Greenwich, CT with clients across the New York City metropolitan area

The company specializes in energy procurement for large commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. It is expanding its offerings to include other energy services such as energy audits, benchmarking, utility bill auditing, and analysis of efficiency upgrades and renewables. It seeks a highly motivated and mature individual experienced in those areas, and in developing and managing such opportunities. That person should have:

·  At least 2 years experience performing energy audits and analyzing energy use in buildings.

·  Working knowledge and experience with analytical methods such as use of bin data, Portfolio Manager, measurement and verification (M&V) protocols, and energy simulation programs.

·  Familiarity with utility billing/meter data, tariffs, and energy accounting.

·  Familiarity with utility and government incentive programs, LEED, and Energy Star.

·  Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including how to evaluate their application.

·  Experience in managing installation of simple energy projects (e.g., lighting upgrades).

·  Ability to educate and motivate clients to purchase services.

·  At least 2 years of experience working with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

The following credentials are essential:

·  Certified Energy Manager (CEM) [if not presently held, must be secured before hiring]

·  LEED-GA or AP [if not presently held, must be secured before hiring]

·  United States citizenship legally authorized to work in the US

·  current and valid state driver’s license, and access to a car

·  four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering), or equivalent professional training and experience in energy efficiency technologies.

Salary range: $75K to $90K, commensurate with experience and credentials.
