APPLICATION FOR SPACE AT COMMUNITYWISE
COMMUNITYWISE is a community hub, providing inclusive, affordable space and community development programs to support and strengthen diverse grassroots and non-profit members.
CommunityWise strives to provide equitable access to office and meeting space. An open call is issued to our membership and networks inviting members and non-members to apply when space becomes available at CommunityWise. This form is designed to help CommunityWise know more about what your organization is looking for and to better accommodate your needs.
APPLICATION STEPS:
1. Contact CommunityWise staff to discuss your organization’s needs and eligibility
2. Fill out and submit this form to the admin office by the deadline for applications
3. Interview with CommunityWise staff and/or board rep if selected
ELIGIBILITY: Member organizations interested in renting office or storage space in the building must be able to provide CommunityWise with the following items listed below. If your organization is unable to provide these we are happy to facilitate shared use agreements with existing tenant members.
-Certificate of incorporation
-Bylaws
-Proof of insurance
-One month’s rent as security deposit
-Adhere to the CommunityWise building expectations and policies
