2.Buildingsmustnotexceed9minheightwheretheyarelocatedwithin60moftheMāoriPurposeZone.
3.Allotherbuildingsmustnotexceed15minheight.
4.2Yards
1.YardsforsitesadjoiningtheMāngereGatewayheritagerouteshownonPrecinctPlan1,excludingŌruarangiRoadwillbedeterminedbyaframeworkplan,or5mwherenoframeworkplanislodged.
