QUOTATION NOTICE

Competitive quotations in sealed covers are invited for the supply of five Numbers of computers with the following configuration to the Store Keeper, General Store, Mahatma Gandhi University Priyadarsini Hills P.O. Kottayam,686560.

The quotation notice will be available from the Office of the Director School of Distance Education and at University web site www.mgu.ac.in The last date of receipt of quotation will be at 12 noon 20.08.2013 and the same will be opened at 2 PM. on the same day in the presence of the competitors then present.

The sealed envelope containing the quotations should be Superscripted as “QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF COMPUTER, for the School of Distance Education and be addressed to THE DIRECTOR,SCHOOL OF DISTANCE EDUCATION, MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY, PRIYADARSINI HILLS P.O. KOTTAYAM 686560. The last date for receiving the quotations will be at 12.00 noon on 20/08/2013 and will be opened at 2.00 PM on the same day.

CONDITIONS

1. The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes/freight/Installation charge etc.

2.The buy back value of the three systems in the section must be quotated separately.

3.The up time for service must be quotated separately

4. Customs/Excise duty exempted price should also be quoted.

5. The quotations should have at least three months validity period.

6. Brochure of different models quoted should be enclosed.

7. Warranty, AMC conditions, nearest service centre details, user references, necessary

supporting catalogues and demonstration should be provided.

8. The right to accept or reject the quotations without assigning any reason rests

entirely with the undersigned.

9. If the product has a valid DGS&D rate contract it may be quoted.

10. If the date of receipt and opening of the quotations is declared a holiday the next

working day shall be the last date for the purpose.
