1.How likely is it that you would recommend Catholic Leadership 360 to a friend or colleague?(4.28 out of 5)
2.What is the most important thing that happened for you during the 360 process?
- Becoming more realistic and aware of my leadership style and how that impacts others.
- Acknowledging staff better.
- I was affirmed by others' opinions and challenged by their observations.
- I discovered that there are no significant areas for development that I was not already aware of. I felt assured that I am not missing something.
- I received affirmations in some areas of ministry and some clear indications of where I have been lacking in decision-making and follow-through.
- I was able to articulate what it is that I need to work on as opposed to just nothing that I needed to improve without any real direction.
3.What do you feel you gained through your investment of time in this process?
- A much more realistic grasp of where my leadership skills lie, and from what sources I draw my energy to lead. A view on managing from others.
- This remains to be seen. Will I fulfill the expectations and create achievable goals or will it all just sit on the shelf.
- Clearly defined areas of improvement with strategies to address them.
- An appreciation for all the skill sets that contemporary pastors need to have mastered.
- A better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses.

2.What is the most important thing that happened for you during the 360 process?
- Set aside time to look at my strengths and weaknesses and develop a personal plan for improvement.
- Added insight into various skills and talents.
- I was able to learn areas of improvement in leadership from several different viewpoints.
- Affirmation and areas for growth.
- Learning more about myself. I am currently working with a coach to write a strategic plan for my workplace. This is something I have never done, but I feel very confident with the process.
- Awareness of my strengths in different contexts of leadership.
- Feedback from direct reports.
- Having the time and guidance to analyze feedback in a way that led to tangible goals and action steps.
- Just better awareness of what my co-workers, in particular thought of our relationship.
- Candid feedback from co-workers.
3.What do you feel you gained through your investment of time in this process?
- Concrete examples of how others view my working relationship with them and a snapshot of areas of improvement that I should consider working. It was also an opportunity to accept genuine feedback on my strengths, offering these gifts up to God as a blessing bestowed on me.
- I gained practical skills and tools to be successful in this training. I also gained a network of resources through other members of the cohort and the coaches network.
- More self-insight.
- Awareness of steps to improve my leadership is one particular context.
- Insights re: how others perceive me.
- It is always beneficial to receive feedback; it is far more fruitful to then have resources/supports in place to craft goals that can be successfully implemented. This process has allowed for such implementation.
- Much more self-knowledge.
- Insights into how I can improve and better serve the Church.
