Change Request Application Form
This form should be used by existing or prospective Approved Market Operators (AMOs) (“Applicant”) requesting provision of an enhancement to the standard Trade Acceptance Service (TAS) provided by ASX Settlement Pty Limited ABN 49 008 504 532 (“ASX Settlement”) and ASX Clear Pty Limited ABN 48 001 314 503 (“ASX Clear”). For example, the request may be for services beyond the scope of the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, the ASX Clear Operating Rules and/or the Legal terms for the provision of a trade acceptance service to Australian financial market licensees in respect of CHESS-eligible ASX-quoted financial products (“Legal Terms”).

Attachments will form part of the application for the enhancement to the TAS. Applicants must complete all questions in this application.
