The report produces a Statement of Revenues, Expenses, and Changes in Net Assets for each HCSD business unit. The columns are labeled for each individual business unit and at the far right of the report is a calculated total for HCSD. Each displayed business unit column displays a calculated value from the four hidden columns to its left. The four hidden columns for each business unit are coded to bring in the Business Unit, the Posted Total Amount, and ITD+ADJ timespan. The ledger on the first hidden column for each business unit is ACTUALS;the second contains the HCSD_ACCRU ledger, . The third column again specifies the ACTUALS ledger and adds the criteria of DISASTER_RECOVERY fund from the FUNDROLLUP tree. The fourth hidden column also specifies the DISASTER_RECOVERY node but specifies the HCSD_ACCRU ledger instead. The displayed column for each business unit subtracts the totals from the columns with the Disaster Recovery fund criteria from the total of the columns that exclude that criteria. The total column in the report is a sum of the displayed business unit columns. The rows of the report are segregated into Operating Revenues, Operating Expenses, Non-Operating Revenues and (Expenses), and Changes in Net Assets. In the Operating Revenues section of the report, the patient revenue rows are coded with an account detail value. The Other Operating Revenue row is coded with the node OTHER_REV from the SRECNA_ACCNTS tree. The Operating Expenses section is coded by account node from the SRECNA_ACCNTS tree. The rows of the report include Salaries, Benefits, Travel, Supplies, Operating Services, Professional Services, Depreciation, and Equipment and non capital Major Repairs. The Non-Operating Revenue section and the Changes in Net Assets sections include several rows that specify an account node from the STMT_REV_EXP tree. Note that this report includes a macro pushbutton to remove the HPLMC data from the report.
