D: Payment and Other Requirements
- There is a $500 deposit required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date or if damage occurs on your site during your stay. Cheques should be made payable to Scouts Canada-Voyageur Council.
 - Final payment is to be paid two weeks prior to arrival at camp. HST is applicable to all fees.
 - Organizational Hold Harmless Agreement to be submitted with the final payment.
 - Certificate of Insurance to be submitted with the final payment.
