Terms and Conditions of Training Booking
Booking Process
- Courses can be reserved by email or telephone, but cannot be guaranteed until an appropriate booking confirmation has been duly signed and returned.
- It is expected that thecustomer will ensure that all training delegates have the necessary pre-requisites to attend the chosen training course.
- Hippo Software reserves the right to cancel or amend courses at any time. In the event of cancellation all fees paid will be refunded, and every effort will be made to offer alternative arrangements.
Webinar Courses
- Delegates will require a PC or laptop with VoIP (or telephone) to take part in the webinar.
- The customer is expected to cover the cost of shipping training materials.
Training Materials
- Each delegate will receive a folder or booklet containing all of the training slides with accompanying notes. Delegates will also receive a set of practical exercisesand suggested solutions. These materials are for the use of the delegate during the training course and for their retention for future reference.
- The training slides, notes, exercises and solutions are copyright materials, which belong to Hippo Software. They are for the sole use of the training delegate. No reproduction or distribution of any of these materials is allowed without prior written permission.
- As much as possible every effort is made to keep all training materials up-to-date and technically correct.
Prices
- Training course prices are published on a regular basis. Hippo Software reserves the right to change prices of future training courses without notice. The price quoted on this confirmation form is valid for this training course only.
- Discounts may be available on multiple bookings upon enquiry.
Payment
- Once a training course has been booked and confirmed, courses cannot be cancelled by the customer/delegate, and full payment is due.
- Under certain circumstances it is possible to postpone or rearrange a training course. However this is at the discretion of Hippo Software and does not affect the right to demand payment in full for the original booking. With alterations giving less than 2 weeks notice Hippo Software reserves the right to demand a surcharge at 50% of the original booking fee.
- An invoice for training fees and any additional costs will be issued upon completion of the training course. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
Delegate Feedback
- Delegates are requested to fill in a feedback form for each training course they attend to assist our programme of quality assurance and commitment to continuous improvement of training materials.
