Help is needed

Help is needed to set up the gazebos, thrones and stalls on Thursday 14th (all day), Friday 15th (all day) and Saturday 16th May am at Glebe Farm front paddock. Volunteers are also needed please to help prepare the refreshments in the marquee from 9am on 16th May. The take down will commence at 5pm on May Day and help will be needed to pack everything away.

We also need parents, grandparents, older brothers and sisters to help run stalls on May Day. Just an hour of your time would be a great help.

We have very few offers of help and desperately need help in the afternoon of May Day in the refreshment marquee, cooking on the BBQ and on the entrance gates. We open at approximately 12 noon and close at 4.30pm. Even half an hour of help will make such a big difference, thank you.
