Part-time Coaches
- Lead Classes through general and specific warmups
- Facilittate member interactions
- Provide coaching and feedback – teach people to improve their athletic abilities, and understand skill work
- Facilitate workouts and provide motivation during workouts

- Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms, showers, mats, equipment and seating areas
- Keep equipment organized
- Maintain and fix equipment issues
Childcare
- Watch the kiddos
Speciality Coaches
- Choose and program 6-8 specialty cycles
- Promote your course
- Provide benchmarks for attendees
GENERAL MANAGER
ABOUT THIS JOB:
Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations at CrossFit 915 and assisting in future growth and development through business operations.Long term growth opportunities available for the right person(s) willing to prove themselves capable, responsible, confident, and trustworthy.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Overall responsibilities focus on
- Managing daily operations and front office of CrossFit 915
- Managing and growing: the personal training program, nutrition programs and challenges, and other new ventures
- Supervising and mentoring CrossFit 915 coaches and staff
- Working with the owners and on your own to drive membership sales and retention
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Front Office:
- Interact with members to provide and process information in response to inquiries, membership accounts, membership holds/cancellations, concerns and requests about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Manage customers' accounts
- Manage member billing and collections processes
- Manage the Front Office Schedule
- Manage and place orders for CrossFit 915 retail inventory
- Manage member retention lists
Head of Personal Training / Nutrition Consultation
- Plan, organize, and run four Paleo Challenges per year
- Manage the CrossFit 915 Personal Training Program
- Manage the CrossFit 915 Performance Program
- Manage any new CrossFit 915 ventures
Overall:
- Provide bi-weekly payroll reports for 915 staff
COMPENSATION
This is a salaried position with supplemental 401K options and one week paid vacation. Additional compensation shall include Personal Training Commission, Total Member Bonuses, and 44% of net profit of any new venture that you start and manage.

- Programming general class WODs
- Supervising and mentoring CrossFit 915 coaches
- Working with the General Manager and on your own to drive membership sales and retention
- Establishing CrossFit 915 coaching expertise by providing in-depth information on the principles of strength training, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and nutrition
- Provide a positive and safe training environment and experience for all clients
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manage the CrossFit Coaching Schedule
- Responsible for the oversight & evaluation of other Coaches
- Improve overall quality of coaching through providing advice and education to other coaches
- Schedule and co-lead monthly coaches meetings
- Manage and schedule Cleaning Crew
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the gym.
- Organize WOD events along with Owner
- Assist in marketing group classes, training programs, seminars, and sports camps
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL: Quarterly to include:
- Overall performance
- Coaches’ performance
- Gym Cleanliness
- Member satisfaction
COMPENSATION
Monthly Salary with a minimum of 35 hours worked each week. Each year shall include one week (35 hours) paid vacation, vacation hours should be submitted to Amy in advance of time off. 401K option available.

COMPENSATION
This is an hourly position for coaching hours worked. The Head FEMMEfit coach shall also receive a $7 bonus per athlete enrolled in the program each month. Also includes 401k option.
