Computer Facilities & WiFi Access

Wireless access will be provided. A temporary login and password will be issued to upon your arrival at Baruch.

The Park South Hotel has a business center with computers and offers WiFi access for guests.

Meals

Your conference fee covers meals at Baruch when the conference is in session. Morning meals consist of a continental breakfast and lunches are buffet style. Refreshments will also be served. Tuesday night is a buffet dinner, Wednesday evening, dinner will be on your ownand Thursday evening’s reception will serve hors d’oeuvres.

Dress

Dress during the day is business casual. Evening conference activities are business dress.

For Conference Presenters

All conference presentation rooms are equipped with a pc, internet, projector and screen. Bring your presentation on a memory stick, email it to yourselfor on your laptop. If you would like to distribute copies of your presentation or other materials to conference participants, bring them with you. Video can be arranged upon advanced request.

Conference presentations are arranged in like-topic panels with approximately 20 minutes eachforpresentations. A Q&A session will follow; presenters should remain within time limits to allow all presenters time for audience discussion following their presentations. Facilitator will be in each room for introductions andto facilitate Q&A.

Arrival & Accommodations

When you arrive at 151 E. 25th St, the William and Anita Newman Conference Center, walk straight towards the turnstiles. The Conference Center is located on the 7th Floor. Inform the security guards you are a CCI conference participant. Please have a photo ID available at all times.
