Sarisbury Athletic Cricket Club

RULES

1.The object of the 100-club is to raise funds for Sarisbury Athletic Cricket club.

2.The 100-club will be run under the supervision of the SACC Committee.

3.The 100-club is open to all eligible SACC members and associates providing they are up to date with their yearly membership and weekly match subs.

4.100-club Members must be over 16 years of age. Any Adult with a connection to a Colt player are welcome to join: Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers or Sisters etc..

5.Entry will be by subscription of £3 per month/per number paid in advance either up front as a single payment of £36 per year/per number or by monthly standing order of £3 paid by 14th of each month latest.

6.100-clubMembers may have more than one number.

7.The first draw will take place on Saturday 28th AprilAll subsequent monthly draws will take place on the last Saturday of every month during the outdoor season and the Last Friday of the month during winter nets training.

8.The Draw will involve the selection of three randomly picked out numbers. This will always be completed by/overseen by at least two members of the committee. Each of the three numbers will win a prize.

9.The Draw will take place 12 months of the year starting in April.

10.The regular prize money will be 50% of the monthly income - there will be three prizes:

1st prize = 50% of the monthly prize fund (£75 if 100 members)

2nd prize = 30% of the monthly prize fund (£45 if 100 members)

3rd prize = 20% of the monthly prize fund (£30 if 100 members)

11.The relevant numbers of all paid up 100-club members will be entered in the draw each month. Numbers draw will only be paid out if that member is up to date with all SACC payments.

12.New Members will be admitted when numbers become available.

13.A waiting list will be kept and numbers will be offered to the first person on the list when numbers become available.

14.Registers will be keep recording the name and contact details of each 100-club member, the number(s) allocated to them and the payments received.

15.Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100-club if his/her renewal of subscription remains unpaid by the next due dateMarch 31st

16.If a Winner can’t be contacted, the winnings will be placed into the SACC funds after 6 months

17. Participants can cancel their membership of the 100-club at any time by giving one month’s written notice to the 100-club co-ordinator, c/o the committee. Any decision by SACC Committee to wind up the 100 club will also be by one month’s written notice. Under no circumstances can any payments be refunded.
