NORTH STAR YACHT CLUB EXTENDS REALTOR REWARDS PLAN
Superstar Rewards reports Great Results for area REALTORS
NORTH FORT MYERS, FL –(January 23, 2009) – North Star Yacht Club has announced an extension of their “Superstar Rewards Program,” designed to reward REALTORS with a point system that leads to significant prizes. Launched last October, the program has been extended to reward contracts through May 15, 2009 and closings through June 15, 2009.
The highlights of the progressive rewards program include:
*Points achieved every time a REALTOR visits the Sales Center
*Additional points for registering a prospective homeowner
*Additional points for writing a contract
*Greatest number of points for closing a contract
The first place prize is a 2009 Mercedes C300 Sport two-year auto lease. The second place prize is an all expense paid four-day, three-night Caribbean cruise for two. And the third place prize is a visit to North Star Yacht Club’s Spa for Two, plus a Marina Town boat tour.
REALTORS also receive a 5% commission on every contract and a $5,000 bonus for multiple contracts.
Upon completion of the Superstar Rewards Program, North Star Yacht Club will host a celebratory luncheon for the participating REALTORS where the awards will be announced and guests will have an opportunity to revisit the newly designed sales center, four decorator-designed models and the fabulous amenities.
